Three Technocrats having Post-Graduate Qualifications in the fields of Paints, Inks, Resins, Pigments and Management along with three decades of work experience in their respective area of expertise manage the overall activities of the ACPL Group. Various functional heads support all three for R&D, Production, Purchase, Quality Control, Marketing and Finance. All three directors are committed individuals with a high sense of integrity and business foresight successfully managing and leading ACPL along with dedicated and professional team-force.

Mr. Vikram Trivedi (Director):
He has close to three decades of experience in Import-Buying, Stores, and Computerisation of different Business Systems. He looks after Purchase, Finance Functions and Office Administration. Previously he has also worked in Local and Export Marketing in Khandelwal Ferroalloys Ltd., in their Steel Tubes Division and Asian Paints (I) Ltd, the largest Paint Company in India. He has a Bachelor's degree in Science and is a MBA from Indian Institute of Management.

Mr. K.K. Batra (Director):
He has close to three decades of experience in Research and Development, Quality and Process Control, Plant Design and Production of Pigments like Chromes and Azos. He looks after Research & Development, Quality Control and other technical responsibilities including production. Previously he has also worked in Production of Pigments like Phthalocyanines in Asian Paints (I) Ltd, the largest Paint Company in India. He has a Bachelor's degree in Science and Post-Graduate Qualifications in Dyes and Intermediates Technology.

Mr. Vinod Mehra (Director):
He looks after Marketing / Export function and Office Administration along with co-ordination with factory regarding technical and commercial functions.He also has close to three decades of experience in the areas of Installation and Commissioning of Pigment Plants, Research and Development and Factory Administration. He looks after Factory Administration, Production, Engineering Function, Personnel, Maintenance / Erection and Commissioning. Previously he has also worked in areas of Installation and Commissioning of Chlorinated Rubber, Paints and Resin Plants, Research and Development, Process and Quality Control of Synthetic Resins and Pigments, Market Feasibility Studies as well as Market Development for new products besides Factory Administration in Rishiroop Polymers P. Ltd. and Asian Paints (I) Ltd, the largest Paint Company in India. He has a Bachelor's Degree in Science and Post-Graduate Qualifications in Pigments, Paints and Varnishes.
